The company has been set up to exploit a new process for forming complex ceramic components which would traditionally incurred large lead times and costs.

C.A.Core can offer prototype production of ceramic components to your specification, or the sale and training of the complete low volume ceramic forming system. The technology is best suited for the following sectors and products:
- Casting Cores for high temperature applications.
- Components for the electrical industry.
- Mechanical wear components.

The technology
The technology allows the formation of green powder mouldings with a volume fraction greater than 65 % into complex geometries.
